Tonic Tavern · #Gigs4Good

A neighborhood tavern that wanted to grow and mean something to its community. We rebuilt the brand around supporting local musicians and turned it into a charity summer concert series, proof you don’t have to choose between doing good and growth.

Doing good and growth. Both.

The challenge

Coming out of the pandemic, the tavern was struggling to grow and to build a real connection with its community. They came to us to re-architect the brand: define the audience, sharpen the value proposition, and change the image into a place that champions local musicians and gives back to the neighborhood.

The approach

We took a deep dive into the venue’s untapped potential and built a compelling value proposition for every stakeholder. Over the course of a year we grew the audience and told a simple, impactful story, repositioning the tavern around live local music and community good, and shaping it into a summer series with a cause at its center.

The impact

#Gigs4Good
